Course Information

Summer Citizens Card:
Participants must purchase a Summer Citizens Card to participate in courses.
Registration Information:
Registration begins on March 3, 2008. Registration must take place prior to the first day of the course. Early registration is recommended, as 15 participants are required in order to hold a course. In some cases, class size is limited. Don't delay…register today!
Course Size:
Class size is limited and varies from individual courses. Early registration is recommended.
Confirmation Packets:
Confirmation Packets will be mailed to each participant who registers for a card and/or course prior to May 1, 2008. If a participant registers after this time, the packet must be picked up at ECC Rm 103. This packet includes detailed information regarding the Summer Citizens Program, campus and the community.
Cancellation Policy:
Participants withdrawing from a course prior to the first scheduled class will receive a full refund less a $10 processing fee. Participants withdrawing on or after the first day of the workshop will receive no refund.
Per Day Pass:
Participants may purchase a per-day pass for a course for $10 a day. Registrants for per-day pass must show a valid Summer Citizens card at the Eccles Conference Center Room 103.
USU Courses:
House Bill 60 permits Utah residents 62 years of age or older to audit regular University classes offered during the day; however, space in many University classes is limited. Classes which are full at the time of an audit request are unavailable. A flat fee of $10 per semester is charged for House Bill 60 registration. Any other fees associated with the course will be an addition to the flat fee of $10. The fee(s) must be paid at the USU Registration Office, Taggart Student Center 246.
