Course Description: We had many natural disasters in 2017. The LDS Humanitarian volunteers with yellow "Mormon Helping Hands" shirts were usually among the first to help. Humanitarian Services coordinate with government and nonprofit agencies to provide food, water, and othersupplies after disasters. We'll also see LDS Welfare Square in action, where the food for the Welfare Program is produced. This program helps people become self-reliant. After a lunch on your own in City Square, we'll visit the LDS Museum or the Family History Center. This will be Wednesday, June 20th. We'll leave at 8 am and return by 4 pm.

Course Instructor: Lucille Hansen has lived in Cache Valley for many years and loves it. She is amazed at the intelligent people who chose to live here and run their nationwide, sometimes worldwide businesses. They thrive. Join with her as we get acquainted with some of the CEO's and learn how they overcame hardships and thrive.
