Course Description: This class is about exploring how to improvise for the non-musician and musician alike, and it's primary purpose is to have fun, connect with others and learn self-expression in a new way. Since class will be held online, participants will be able to use anything at home to make noise and will be encouraged to do so, or may purchase their own rhythm instrument of choice if they desire. If participants choose to purchase, they may wait until instructor makes recommendations on the first day of class or go ahead and make a choice on their own.

Course Instructor: Natalie Burningham, NMT, SCMT, MT-BC has been a board certified music therapist since 2010 and has facilitated and worked with numerous drumming and rhythm wellness groups as well as practiced music therapy with children, adults, and seniors with a wide range of diagnosis. Natalie is also a seasoned musician and performs yearly in the Tabernacle Concert Series as a vocalist as well as other venues.
