Course Description: Go beyond the basics with this colorful striped bag that you may want to use as your go-to knitting bag after you finish knitting it. It requires 100% wool yarn which is feltable. The bag is knitted in the round on circular needles with double-stranded yarn which makes it very sturdy. We will felt (shrink) the bag during the third class period. Students need to bring materials to the first class. Limited enrollment.

Course Instructor: Peg Neuber learned to knit in the 1970's at an adult education class and hasn't stopped since. She has taught knitting at 2 yarn shops and for Logan City Schools. Currently she teaches classes and private lessons in her home. She has been a member of Northern Utah Fibers Artisans Guild for 35 years. She also spins her own yarn when she wants to take a break from knitting.
